Civil Defense

I have shared lyrical and vocal duties in Civil Defense - a hardcore punk band - since its inception in 1998. The band has been an outlet for political discourse and anti-propaganda in the same way that The Revolutionary War Project intends and a source of furious and intense noise not unlike The Center for Musical Destruction. The three projects are inextricably linked in my own mind and in their purest forms they inform each other in their varied goals of undermining ignorance, thought control and the banality of popular culture.
