Beat on the Brat

Beat on the Brat is a child's toy, transformed into a professional music production tool. Its insides have been removed and replaced with custom microcontroller hardware and software that I created to turn it into a MIDI drum pad. The user interface includes a "setup" mode that allows the musician to assign a different drum sound to each key.
